We deliver the base flat-packed for easy transport. You can assemble it in just five minutes by tightening a single bolt per leg. -
Reinforced with Stainless Steel
We craft custom corner brackets from 3mm thick 304-grade stainless steel. These brackets lock the frame together and boost structural strength. -
Built with Heavy-Duty Aluminium
We use 3mm thick tubular aluminium for every leg. Before coating, we pretreat the aluminium to improve corrosion resistance and extend product life. -
Finished for Harsh Conditions
We apply powder coating through certified Dulux applicators. You choose from Dulux’s full standard colour range to match your space. -
Adjusts to Any Surface
Each base includes strong polymer end caps. For added stability, you can upgrade to screw-adjustable feet. -
Made to Fit Your Space
We build the Bagheera base to your specifications. Choose lengths from 700 mm to 2000 mm and widths from 700 mm to 1200 mm. -
Offers Height Flexibility
Standard height is 715–718 mm (without the top). If needed, we can increase the height to support wheelchair access or special applications. -
